Frequently asked questions.
What exactly is covered by the annual inspection?
We inspect all visible plumbing, test water pressure and flow, examine your water heater (including internal condition on tank units), check under-sink cabinets for leaks, inspect toilet seals and fill mechanisms, test all fixtures, and evaluate accessible drain and sewer lines, looking for corrosion, mineral buildup, slow leaks and any signs of future problems.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime; there's no long-term contract. If you do cancel, any discounts end immediately, but most members renew because of the cost savings.
Can I add my septic system or well to the plan?
Our standard plan covers municipal plumbing and sewer systems. If you have a septic system or private well, let us know during enrollment and we can discuss add-on coverage or referrals to specialized septic contractors.
Are there any plumbing brands or equipment types not covered?
Our plan covers all standard residential plumbing: municipal water lines, tank and tankless water heaters (Rinnai, Navien, Rheem), boilers, fixtures, drains, sewer lines and gas piping. Specialty systems like whole-house filtration may have limited coverage, we'll clarify during your consultation.
What if I discover a problem between scheduled visits?
That's what membership is for. Call us for emergency service and you'll receive immediate scheduling and member pricing on the repair. You don't have to wait for your annual visit. Priority service is available year-round.
What if I move during my membership year?
If you relocate within our Central Florida service area (Kissimmee, Orlando, Longwood, Celebration and surrounding towns), your plan transfers to your new address. If you move outside our area, we can discuss a prorated refund and recommend local plumbers.
Is the annual inspection really free, or is it bundled into the plan cost?
The annual inspection is included in your membership fee, not charged separately. Any repairs discovered during the inspection are separate, though members receive discounts on those repairs.
How do I schedule my annual inspection?
We send renewal reminders 30 days before your membership expires. Simply reply to the email, call (407) 847-0884, or visit our contact page to schedule. If you miss the window, just reach out. We can fit you in quickly.
Does the plan cover water heater replacement?
Replacement isn't covered by the plan itself, but members receive significant discounts on labor and negotiated pricing on equipment, plus priority installation scheduling when your water heater needs replacing.
Is there a discount if I add family members or neighbors to the plan?
If you refer neighbors or family to our maintenance plan, ask about referral bonuses. Our membership team can discuss incentives and multi-property discounts when you sign up.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan during the year?
Yes. If your needs change, say you want to add water filtration or expand to a commercial property, contact us anytime to adjust your membership. We'll prorate the cost and update your benefits immediately.
