// Why Central Florida chooses us

What sets our camera inspections apart.

01

High-Definition Color Video

Our camera systems deliver crisp, full-color HD video of the interior of your drain and sewer lines. The footage streams live to a monitor you can watch on the spot, so you see every crack, root mass, and joint offset as we do. No grainy stills, just clear evidence you can trust and keep.

02

Experienced Technicians

Running a camera is only half the job; reading the footage is the other half. Our technicians have spent years interpreting pipe-interior video in Orlando, Winter Park, and surrounding neighborhoods. They tell the difference between surface scale and a real crack, and which findings demand action today versus next year.

03

Accurate, Honest Diagnoses

We do not guess at repairs, we show you the problem. Camera inspection eliminates the dig-and-hope approach that drives up costs. If your line only needs a spot repair, we say so. If it needs full replacement, you see the evidence yourself, which is why many homeowners trust us for second opinions.

04

Same-Day Service Availability

When a sewer backs up or you are scheduling a home inspection with a tight closing date, you cannot wait a week. Our service trucks are loaded with camera equipment every day, ready for same-day and next-day appointments across Central Florida. Call before noon and we will try to get a camera down your line today.

05

Video Recording & Documentation

Every inspection is recorded. You receive a copy of the video plus a written report noting where the camera traveled, what was found, and footage timestamps for each issue. This documentation supports insurance claims, home purchase negotiations, and warranty records, and gives you a baseline if issues recur.

05

Precise On-Surface Locating

Our cameras carry a sonde transmitter. When we stop the camera at a problem, a handheld locator above ground finds the signal, giving us a precise location and depth. That way, if excavation is needed, we dig exactly where the problem is rather than guessing across the yard.

// Camera inspections FAQ

Questions Central Florida asks.

Straight answers, no upsell, no runaround.

What is a sewer or drain camera inspection?

A pipe camera inspection uses a waterproof, lighted camera head on a flexible push-rod or motorized crawler. We feed it through a clean-out or drain access point, and it sends real-time video to a monitor. It lets us see inside your pipe without digging, cutting, or guessing.

What kinds of problems does a camera find?

Common findings include tree root intrusion at joints, cracked or broken pipes, offset or misaligned joints, belly-sag low spots that hold water, collapsed pipe sections, grease and sediment buildup, foreign objects like wipes and toys, and corrosion in cast iron or galvanized drain lines.

When should I get a camera inspection?

Anytime you have recurring clogs, multiple slow-draining fixtures, gurgling drains, or sewage odors, a camera inspection clarifies the cause. It is also strongly recommended before buying a home older than 30 years, before sewer line repair or replacement, and as baseline documentation on any home with mature trees.

How long does a camera inspection take?

A straightforward drain or sewer inspection typically takes 45 minutes to an hour on site, including setup, camera run, and review with you. Complex inspections with multiple lines or locator work may take a bit longer. We send the video file and written report the same day or the next morning.

Do I really need a sewer inspection before buying a house?

For older Central Florida homes, yes. Standard home inspections do not include sewer cameras, and a failing sewer lateral can cost five figures to replace. A pre-purchase camera inspection often pays for itself, either by catching a problem you can negotiate into the price or by confirming the line is sound.

What if the line is full of water or debris?

We may need to clear the line first for the camera to see anything useful. In those cases we pair the inspection with drain cleaning or hydro jetting, then run the camera afterward. This combination often gives the clearest picture and solves the immediate problem in one visit.
