Whole-Home Repiping in Central Florida

When your home’s plumbing shows its age, you need experts who understand full-system restoration. Most homes built before 1980 have galvanized steel or polybutylene pipes that corrode from the inside out, reducing pressure and water quality long before they fail. We’ve helped hundreds of Central Florida homeowners stop living with low pressure, discolored water, and the anxiety of pinhole leaks. Our whole-home repiping replaces your entire system with modern copper or PEX installed to last 50 years or more, with minimal disruption to your home.

// Why Central Florida chooses us

What sets our whole-home repiping apart.

01

35+ Years of Full-System Installations

Our technicians have replaced piping in thousands of Central Florida homes. We understand the challenges of each neighborhood, from vintage architecture in Winter Park to newer subdivisions near Kissimmee and Orlando, and we tailor every repiping plan to your home's layout, code requirements, and budget.

02

Licensed & Insured Specialists

Every technician on our repiping team holds a state plumbing license and carries full liability insurance. We pull all required permits, schedule county inspections, and guarantee our work meets or exceeds current Florida plumbing code from rough-in through final sign-off.

03

Accurate Diagnosis Before the First Cut

We don't assume what's wrong with your piping. Using video camera inspections and water quality tests, we identify exactly which sections are failing and which can stay. This precision saves you thousands on unnecessary replacement of pipes that still have years of life left.

04

Minimal Disruption to Your Life

Repiping sounds invasive, and some companies make it that way. We use trenchless routing where possible, strategic access points, and careful wall and ceiling patches. Most homes are fully operational within one to three days, depending on size and configuration.

05

Transparent Pricing & Written Guarantee

You'll receive a detailed proposal that breaks down materials, labor, and scope before we start, so there are no surprises when the bill comes. Every new pipe installation carries our workmanship guarantee for lasting peace of mind.

06

Emergency Response 24/7

If a water line bursts during repiping or you discover a major leak mid-project, we don't disappear. Our teams respond to emergencies the same day, any time of year, so you're never left without help when it matters most.

Questions Central Florida asks.

Straight answers, no upsell, no runaround.

How long does a whole-home repiping project typically take?

Most homes are completed within one to three days, depending on size, layout, and piping material. Older homes with complex layouts or homes over 3,500 square feet may take four to five days. We'll provide a realistic timeline during your inspection.

Do you need to tear open my walls?

Not always. We use trenchless techniques and existing access points whenever possible, including attics, crawl spaces, under-sink cabinets, and basements. When strategic access points are needed, we patch and repair any openings neatly before we leave.

What's the difference between copper and PEX piping?

Copper is durable, recyclable, and code-approved everywhere, but it costs more and takes more labor to install. PEX is flexible, faster to install, and approved throughout Florida, saving on labor. Both last 50 years or more, so we help you weigh durability against cost.

Can I stay in my home while repiping is happening?

Yes, though you'll have scheduled periods without water. We coordinate these windows with you and complete the project as quickly as possible. Most families stay home during repiping and find it far less disruptive than they expected.

Will repiping affect my home's resale value?

Yes, positively. Whole-home repiping is one of the few major plumbing projects that adds genuine value at resale. Buyers often pay premium prices for homes with modern, code-compliant piping systems, knowing they've avoided future leak problems.

Will new piping improve my water pressure and quality?

Almost certainly on pressure, since old galvanized or corroded piping restricts flow. New piping also eliminates the corrosion particles that cloud or discolor water. If you have hard water or high mineral content, you may still benefit from a water filtration system.
