// Why Central Florida chooses us

What sets our water filtration apart.

01

Free Water Testing & Hardness Analysis

We begin every consultation by analyzing your water in-house. Our technicians identify the specific contaminants and hardness level affecting your home, including sediment, chlorine, iron, calcium, and magnesium, so the recommendation matches your actual need rather than a generic one.

02

Whole-Home Filtration Built for Central Florida

Central Florida groundwater is naturally high in minerals and sometimes carries sediment from older municipal systems. We stock filtration solutions designed for this region: whole-home sediment filters, water softeners, carbon filters for chlorine and odor, and reverse osmosis systems.

03

Licensed, Insured & Expert Installation

Our technicians are trained installers for Navien and Rinnai tankless water heaters, two brands that demand high-quality incoming water to perform their best. When your filtration system works, your entire plumbing system works better, and our team understands both sides.

04

Transparent Pricing, No Pressure Sales

We quote the exact cost of your system, installation, and first-year maintenance upfront. Many homeowners delay filtration upgrades because they expect a hard sell. We explain the benefits and let you decide, with no pressure and no surprise charges when the work is done.

05

Complete Installation with Proper Integration

Proper softener and filter installation requires correct positioning of diverter valves, bypass lines, and drain connections. We ensure your system integrates smoothly with your existing plumbing, handles routine maintenance without downtime, and includes clear operating instructions.

06

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

After installation, we are here for annual inspections, filter cartridge replacements, and performance monitoring. We also offer commercial-grade whole-building filtration for rental properties and small businesses across Central Florida.

// Water filtration FAQ

Questions Central Florida asks.

Straight answers, no upsell, no runaround.

What is hard water and why should I treat it?

Hard water contains high levels of calcium and magnesium. Over time these minerals build up in pipes, water heaters, and appliances, reducing efficiency and lifespan. Hard water also reduces soap effectiveness and dries skin and hair. Most Central Florida homes test between 150 and 300 ppm.

How often do I need to replace filter cartridges?

Sediment filters typically last 6 to 12 months depending on water quality and usage. Carbon filters last 6 to 9 months, and reverse osmosis membranes last 2 to 3 years. We include a maintenance reminder card and offer filter subscription delivery so you never run short.

How do water softeners work?

Softeners use ion exchange: hard water passes through a resin bed of sodium-charged beads, and calcium and magnesium swap places with sodium. The resin periodically regenerates by flushing with a salt-and-water brine, removing the trapped minerals. The cycle is automatic and takes two to four hours.

Is well water filtration different from municipal water?

Yes. Well water often contains sediment, iron, and sulfur, requiring pre-filtration and specialized treatment, while municipal water often has chlorine and taste issues. Many Central Florida homes rely on wells, and we have extensive experience tailoring filtration to well water chemistry.

What is the difference between a softener and a filter?

A water softener removes hardness minerals through ion exchange. A water filter removes sediment, chlorine, iron, taste, and odor through physical filtration or carbon absorption. Most homes benefit from both: a softener for hardness and a sediment or carbon filter for other contaminants.

How much does a water filtration system cost?

Costs vary based on system type, capacity, and your water chemistry. A basic sediment and carbon system costs less than a full multi-stage softener, and premium reverse osmosis setups sit at the upper range. We provide a written quote after your free water test with options at several price points.
