"I have known Donnie for 30 years and he gave me great service when I managed local restaurants as well as service for my home. I had a scheduled sink install for today which I set up with the lady at their office. 12:00 on Wednesday which for me is set in stone. They arrived at 11:00 and at that time I was not at home. Why should I be, not install was at 12:00. Got home at 11:30, note on the door saying sorry we missed you. Called the lady and she said too bad you weren’t home. She said they tried to call me to let me know they were here. All I got was an unknown number and I don’t answer those. She told me to find another plumber and I was not allowed to reschedule because it is my fault! I challenge you lady to post this and I want you to let Donnie know and see if he contacts me. I am very angry and from our conversation you could care less. "
