My first experience with Dave was on a Sunday, when I had a plumbing emergency. I was more than happy with the results of that call and most impressed with Dave's efficiency and friendliness, plus his desire to see that I was satisfied with his work. He even called me later in the day to see if everything was still ok. I hated to tell him there was still a small leak, but he assured me that he'd come back the next day and fix it. Dave did a great job repairing some supply valves as I had installed a new kitchen faucet but needed new supply valves in order to hook up the supply lines from the new faucet. Got the supply valves from Lowe's and got cold water connected, but old hot water supply valve would not come off and ended up breaking part of pipe to hammer device. Had to shut water off to house. As far as the actual plumbing work did okay. I can't give it five stars because of the lack of site cleanliness upon project completion. The job was in a residential home being partially remodeled, but better care could have been taken in cleaning up areas around the water heater and non demo areas where work was conducted . I felt they were Knowledgable, but charge higher prices than I am accustomed to paying. However I did agree to a higher price due to time constraints, and they did honor the price of their estimate and that deserves credit as well. Cleanup is my sole complaint.

I called for a quote over the phone for a copper pipe leak behind the outer concrete block to our house. Great Plumber! I called 2 weeks ago to ask about having a hot water heater installed. I didn't not get back to him due to having a first grand child being born. We were have an issue with the bathtub temperature and Dave came over the next day to take a look. I took a while to find the part needed so we decided go a different route. Dave came by and not only fixed the water temp, but helped replace the tiles so we didn't have to call someone else. Here is what a plumbing solutions customer commented on our website. Called plumbing solutions to Diagnosed problem in the master bath shower that caused there to be no hot water. Replaced cartridge in shower valve control. I also had a new shower head installed and a bidet fixture added to a toilet. Member Comments: Plumber arrived on time and, before setting foot through the door, placed protective disposable booties over his shoes so as not to track dirt into my home. I led the plumber to my shower and he immediately recognized the problem. I told him the home had been empty for a full year before I purchased it, and he explained that some parts could be adversely affected by being dry for that long. He had the correct part on his truck (booties removed as he left for his truck, and placed back over his shoes as he reentered my door) and fixed it in a few minutes.
