Terms and Conditions for Plumbing Solutions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Plumbing Solutions website, scheduling a service appointment, or engaging us for any plumbing work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our website or services. Plumbing Solutions of Central Florida, Inc. is a licensed plumbing contractor operating in the State of Florida.

2. Services Overview

Plumbing Solutions provides residential and light commercial plumbing services throughout Kissimmee and the greater Central Florida area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• General plumbing repairs and fixture service including faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and shutoff valves
• Drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and sewer line clearing
• Slab leak detection and leak repair
• Water filtration and whole-home water treatment installation
• Re-pipes and water line replacement
• Gas piping and gas line installation for pool heaters, fire pits, and appliances
• Ongoing maintenance through our plumbing maintenance agreement program

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the specific conditions of each job. Plumbing Solutions reserves the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Service appointments may be scheduled by phone at (407) 847-0884, through our website, or through our online booking tools.

• Appointment times are approximate and may be subject to change due to prior job completion times, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment
• A qualified adult (18 years or older) must be present at the service location during the scheduled appointment
• Plumbing Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control

Our standard business hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency services may be available outside of regular hours.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Plumbing Solutions offers free estimates for plumbing installations and select services. Please note the following regarding estimates and pricing:

• Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are non-binding until a written agreement or proposal is signed by both parties
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may vary from initial estimates if additional work, parts, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of service
• Any changes to the scope of work or additional costs will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding
• Pricing for services, parts, and equipment is subject to change without prior notice

Promotional discounts may be available from time to time. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise specified.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. The following payment terms apply:

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash
• Financing options are available through Synchrony Financial for qualifying customers, subject to credit approval and Synchrony's terms and conditions
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion
• Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and collection efforts
• Plumbing Solutions reserves the right to suspend or withhold services for accounts with outstanding balances

All payments are processed securely. Payment information is handled by third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Plumbing Solutions stands behind the quality of our work and the products we install. The following warranty terms apply:

• Manufacturer Warranties: Equipment installed by Plumbing Solutions, including water heaters, filtration systems, pool heaters, and plumbing fixtures, is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration are determined by the manufacturer
• Workmanship Warranty: Plumbing Solutions provides a workmanship warranty on labor performed. Specific warranty duration and terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice
• Maintenance Agreement Members: Customers enrolled in our plumbing maintenance agreement program receive additional benefits as outlined in the plan agreement, including scheduled maintenance visits and priority service
• Warranty Limitations: Warranties may be voided by unauthorized modifications, improper use, lack of routine maintenance, or repairs performed by unlicensed third parties

To file a warranty claim or for questions about warranty coverage, please contact us directly. Proof of purchase and maintenance records may be required.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumbing Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions of your plumbing system, water lines, drain lines, gas lines, or electrical that are discovered during the course of service
• Damage or loss resulting from acts of nature, storms, flooding, hurricanes, or other events beyond our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
• Delays in service caused by supply chain disruptions, equipment availability, permitting timelines, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Plumbing Solutions website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Plumbing Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
