Anyone can sell you a water heater. We back it.

What sets us apart is factory training, authorized installer status, warranty protection, and access to genuine manufacturer parts, the things that keep your equipment running reliably for years.

Factory-Trained Technicians

Every technician we send to your home is trained directly by the manufacturer on the equipment they'll install or service, proper setup, correct venting, precise gas and water connections, and complete commissioning. No shortcuts, no guesswork.

Warranty-Backed Installations

As an authorized installer for the brands we carry, your factory warranty is fully honored, and we add our own labor warranty on top. If anything fails during the coverage window, you're protected on both the equipment and the workmanship.

Authorized Installer Status

We're not a generic shop reselling brands we've never been trained on. We hold authorized installer and dealer relationships with the manufacturers we represent, meaning better pricing, priority parts access, and warranties registered correctly the first time.

Genuine Manufacturer Parts

When repairs are needed, we use only OEM parts sourced directly from the manufacturer. Off-brand components can void your warranty and often fail faster. Genuine parts keep your equipment running to spec and preserve every factory protection.

// Brand & installation questions

Frequently asked questions about the brands we carry.

How do I choose the right brand for my home?

The right brand depends on your home's hot water demand, fuel type (gas or electric), available space, budget, and how long you plan to stay. During your consultation we walk through the options together, comparing warranty, efficiency ratings, upfront cost, and long-term value, so you can decide confidently without the sales pressure.

Is it okay to mix brands in the same home?

It's completely normal. You might have a Bradford White tank water heater, a Rinnai tankless for your guest suite, and a Generac standby generator, all working independently. The important thing is that each piece of equipment is sized, installed, and maintained correctly for its role. We help you think through the whole system, not just the individual units.

Are all of these brands covered under warranty when you install them?

Yes. Because we're an authorized installer for the brands we represent, your factory warranty registers correctly and stays fully intact. On top of that, we provide our own labor warranty on the installation. If anything fails during the coverage period, you're protected on both the equipment and our workmanship.

Do you carry any other brands I don't see listed?

These are our primary partnerships, but we can source additional brands on request when a customer has a specific preference or a warranty replacement requires a particular manufacturer. Call us at (407) 847-0884 to discuss a specific brand or model, if we don't carry it directly, we can often still help.

Can you service a brand you didn't originally install?

Absolutely. We service every brand on this page regardless of who installed it. Whether you inherited a Rinnai tankless from a previous owner or need warranty work on a Generac installed by another company, our factory-trained technicians can diagnose, repair, and maintain it to manufacturer specs.

The right brand, installed the right way.

Choosing equipment is only half the decision, the installation determines how well it performs and how long it lasts. Tell us what you’re replacing and we’ll bring pricing, brand comparisons, and honest answers.
